How to Apply
To apply using the Baylor Online Application, start by creating a goBAYLOR account. If you apply with Common App, you will get an email to create your goBaylor account through a specific link after you submit your application. Please allow 24-48 hours to process. Regardless of your application choice, your goBAYLOR account will be important for tracking your application status and any next steps you might have. This is where we will communicate what is needed to complete your application file and additional enrollment steps for accepted students.
Once applicants’ goBAYLOR account is activated, they will choose Aviation Sciences and will be directed to a separate application process for consideration into the program.
The timeline for receiving a decision on your Aviation Sciences application is dependent upon how you apply. More information on deadlines can be found on the Baylor Admissions website, here.
Applicants intending to use Veteran's Administration educational benefits as an Aviation Sciences major should be aware that, because of the VA's rules, the GI Bill cannot be used to pay for costs associated with that major.
Information on Baylor University's tuition and fees and the separate costs associated with flight training may vary from year to year. Please select the appropriate link to review these costs:

Scholarships & Financial Aid
Flight training costs are in addition to Baylor's tuition and fees, however, they can be factored into an overall cost of attendance used to calculate financial aid at Baylor including grants, loans, and scholarships.
Scholarships do not need to be aviation-related to be applied toward the additional cost of flight training. In fact, many resources listed on the Undergraduate Admissions webpage can be used to help pay for a student's total cost of attendance.
Additionally, Baylor Institute for Aviation Sciences provides additional aviation-specific funding sources for which eligible applicants may apply on our webpage - Aviation Sciences Scholarships & Financial Aid.
