Trash Dash & Bash

About the event

This volunteer event is for event support only! Volunteers will support the river cleanup competition by helping move bags of trash that our competing teams collect, gather weights and document, and help move the trash to the roll off. Volunteers will need to be prepared to get wet, dirty, and be able to have mobility to bend over and lift bags over their head into the roll off. Please come dressed appropriately!

What will volunteers do?

Volunteers will be supporting the Trash Dash & Bash River Cleanup Competition event. This is not a volunteer sign up for competing in the event, but event support only. Volunteers will help gather bags from teams, collect weights, and move trash into the roll offs. Volunteers must be able to be mobile, bend over, lift bags over head.

What will volunteers need to bring or wear?

Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting wet or dirty! This is a messy event! Bring your own water, sunscreen, snacks.
